Origin: Kongo language (Africa)
The name Yaka originates from the Kongo language, where it refers to certain foods made from processed cassava. Inspired by this cultural heritage, we adopted the name “Yaka” for our line of snacks. In its crispy cracker form, cassava becomes “Yaka Craquelin,” an expression that reflects both its origins and its unique character.
